How long we keep your information
We don't hold onto your data forever. We only keep it for as long as we need it to fulfill your orders, provide customer service, or meet legal and tax requirements here in Malaysia. Once we no longer need it, we delete or destroy it securely.
How to make a request
If you want to view, change, or delete your personal data, email our data officer at enquiry@sqa.com.my. We will process your request as quickly as possible, though we might ask for proof of identity first just to make sure we aren't giving your details to a stranger.
